退款換貨須知 Refund and Exchange Notice

若對商品有疑問,請在購買前向設計師提出。購買前詳盡地溝通,可省下退款/換貨所耗費的心力、金錢與時間。

 

退款申請須於收到商品後隔日起算 30 日內提出若申請逾時或不符合 Mercury 退貨政策條件範圍,設計師有權拒絕退貨,請在提交申請前與設計師溝通。

 

 

以下商品類型設計師不接受客人因個人因素申請退款。

*客製化商品

*已拆封個人衛生商品

*保存期限短的商品

*已拆封的影音商品

 

-退款流程-

設計師會在收到申請後的 2 個工作天內聯繫客人。

設計師同意寄回後,請在 2 個工作天內,將完整的商品寄出,並以站內信告知設計師(請將使用物流單位及寄件編號一併附上,避免增加來回溝通的時間)。

 

設計師在收到商品後的 3 個工作天內會確認商品狀態並完成退款程序。

 

-設計館提供換貨服務-

您可以在收到包裹後30天內提出任何退換申請。請確保退換的產品及配件必須保存完好、未經使用或洗滌、包裝完整而不影響二次銷售。

如需申請退貨,請電郵至mercury.c.l.2022@gmail.com。我們的客户服務部會在1-2個工作天內跟您聯絡。

設計師會依據商品種類或庫存評估是否有換貨服務,請務必先以站內信詢問設計師。

 

當設計師同意換貨,請在 7 個工作天內,將完整的商品寄出。

 

設計師在收到商品、確認商品狀態後,將於 7 個工作天將指定更換商品寄出。

 

If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Detailed communication before purchase can save the effort, money and time spent on refunds/exchanges.

The refund request must be made within 30 days from the day after the receipt of the product. If the request is overdue or does not meet the conditions of the Mercury return policy, the designer has the right to refuse the return. Please communicate with the designer before submitting the application.

Designers of the following product types do not accept refunds due to personal factors.

*Customized products

*Unpacked personal hygiene products

*Products with a short shelf life

*Unpacked audio-visual products

 

-Refund Process-

The designer will contact the guest within 2 working days after receiving the application.

After the designer agrees to send it back, please send the complete product within 2 working days, and inform the designer with an in-site letter (please attach the logistics unit and the mailing number together to avoid increasing the time for back-and-forth communication ).

The designer will confirm the status of the item and complete the refund process within 3 working days after receiving the item.

-Design Pavilion provides exchange service-

You may request any return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the package. Please ensure that returned products and accessories must be kept in good condition, not used or washed, and packaged intact without affecting secondary sales.

To request a return, please email to mercury.c.l.2022@gmail.com. Our customer service department will contact you within 1-2 business days.

The designer will evaluate whether there is a replacement service based on the type of goods or inventory. Please be sure to ask the designer through the station letter first.

When the designer agrees to exchange, please send the complete item within 7 working days.

After the designer receives the product and confirms the status of the product, the designated replacement product will be sent out within 7 working days.
